HCA Night Monitor Application 2025

Eligibility Requiremments

In order to apply for a night monitor position, you must:

1) Currently be a full-time student at Truman (or May 2025 graduate),

2) Have either a minimum cumulative or most recent semester GPA of 3.0,

3) Be supportive of the university's goals, responsible, enjoy working with high-ability teenage students and be high-energy individuals.

I understand that the salary for the position that I am applying for pays a flat $500 for the session, plus (if needed) room and board in West Campus Suites on the Truman State University campus.*

I understand that I must complete a background check, First Aid/CPR, mental health training and bus/van training (if eligible). I further understand that it is mandatory to attend all trainings on the date of arrival as part of my employment. *

I understand that due to the nature of the position that I am applying for, this is not a typical eight-hour work day. I understand that this role of a Night Monitor is for a summer youth overnight program that provides overnight, fully awake staffing.   *
