First-Year Residency Waiver - Form Builder

As outlined in the Board of Governors Code of Policies, all first year students are required to live on-campus. This request form is intended for students that qualify for an exception, as listed on the Residence Life website, HERE.

Please note, a $25.00 processing fee will be applied to the student's account.

Living within 50 miles of campus, with an immediate family member (parent, grandparent, or legal guardian)

Student released due to marriage, parenthood, over the age of 21, or other justified special case

Transfer student with 30 or more credit hours

Have extenuating circumstances resulting in an exception being approved by the Director of Residence Life

If you selected the last option, please provide information about your extenuating circumstances to be reviewed by the Director of Residence Life

If you selected the first option, please list the name of parent, grandparent, or legal guardian AND their relationship to you

If you selected the first option, please list the place of residence with parent, grandparent, or legal guardian

Termination of your Housing Contract
