We're so glad you'll be living on campus this summer. Please take a moment to fill out the form below so we can gather some information about you. If you have any questions, please give the Residence Life office a call at 660-785-4227. The office is open 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

This form must be completed by Monday, May 6. We will be in touch on Friday, May 8 to let you know about your housing placement.

You will be placed in a suite with another summer student. You will have your own private bedroom. If you know someone you want to live with, please enter their name below. To ensure you are placed together, please be sure your preferred suitemate also lists your name on their registration form.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to live on campus this summer, you must be enrolled in a summer course and be in good financial standing with the University AND/OR enrolled in a fall course as a continuing student and be in good financial standing with the University. If you do not meet the eligibility requirement, you will not be eligible for on-campus housing in the summer. Priority is given to students with Fall 2024 housing assignments. Students assigned to summer housing without a Fall 2024 housing assignment will need to check out by Sunday, July 28, 2024. Rates will be adjusted.

RESERVING YOUR ROOM

Please list below the check-in and check-out information for your stay. Students must reserve a minimum of 21 nights. Stays must also be consecutive nights (no gaps in the reservation are permitted). Rates are $46.75 per day (when meals are served) and $27.00 per day when meals are not served.

Only students enrolled in a May or August interim course may reserve a shorter stay. If you are requesting a short stay for an interim course, you will need to list your course information so it can be verified with the Registrar.

Canceling Housing
By selecting "I Agree" below, you acknowledge that you will notify Residence Life via email (reslife@truman.edu) if you decide to cancel your housing either before or after you move in. You further acknowledge that you will pay for 100% of room and board rates up to your checkout date and a $500 cancellation fee. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your move-in date, you will only be charged a $100 cancellation fee.*
