If you are a incoming first-year student, please contact Admissions at (660) 785-4114 regarding your plans to unenroll in courses for the semester.

Please read all housing cancellation terms for the year you are cancelling for before completing this form. Housing Cancellation terms and related charges to your student account are outlined in the Housing Contract linked here under "Housing." All cancellations are final upon acceptance by the University.
