Spring Closing Late Departure - Form Builder

Spring 2024 Closing:

Summer Break begins Saturday, May 11 at 6:00 pm.
The deadline to register for Spring Late Stay without a late charge is Monday, May 6 at 5:00 pm
If you register to stay, you must depart from your residence hall room/apartment by 10:00 am, Sunday May 12.

Costs:

The residence halls and Campbell Apartments close at 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 11. Graduating seniors or individuals who are have a volunteer or paid role to support graduation ceremonies are invited to stay until Sunday, May 12 at no additional cost. Any other resident who wishes to delay their check-out until Sunday, May 12 will be charged the nightly housing rate of $25. Residents who register after the deadline will be charged an additional $50 late registration fee.
