Spring Closing Late Departure - Form Builder

Spring 2025 Closing:

Summer Break begins Saturday, May 10 at 6:00 PM.
The deadline to register for Spring Late Stay without a late charge is Monday, May 5 at 5:00 PM
If you register to stay, you must depart from your residence hall room/apartment by 10:00 AM, Sunday May 11.

Costs:

The residence halls and Campbell Apartments close at 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 10. Graduating seniors or individuals who are have a volunteer or paid role to support graduation ceremonies are invited to stay until Sunday, May 11 at no additional cost. Any other resident who wishes to delay their check-out until Sunday, May 11 will be charged the nightly housing rate of $25. Residents who register after the deadline will be charged an additional $50 late registration fee.

I prefer to checkout on Sunday by 10:00 AM instead of Saturday by 6:00 PM. I understand that I’ll be required to pay applicable late departure fees.

If selecting option #2, please provide the name or title of your on-campus job or volunteer role along with the name and email address of your supervisor or volunteer leader so Residence Life can confirm your need to stay.
