Spike Appearance Request Form - Form Builder

You can submit this form to request the presence of Spike at your event or program.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance
Requests should be made ideally one month in advance but at least 2 weeks
Outdoor appearances will be cancelled if there is inclement weather
Spike requires a private area (not a restroom) to unload gear and change without being seen
Spike cannot participate in activities that would risk injury to Spike or others

Rates

In general, Spike needs a rest every 20 minutes. An hour event would mean Spike would participate for 20 minutes, rest for 20 minutes (in a secure area where he cannot be seen, not a restroom) and then participate for an additional 20 minutes.

1 Hour: $25
90 Minutes: $35
2 Hours: $50
Parades: $50 - $200, depending on length of parade route, walking versus riding, and weather

If a handler is needed, the rates would double.

Outdoor events in very warm weather may require additional breaks in an indoor, cool location. Spike will also need to have water provided.
