Summer Program Staff/Participant Cancelation, No-Show, or Late Arrival

Please complete the information below to notify Residence Life and Sodexo about the cancelation of a summer program staff member or participant from summer housing.

When your program submitted a request for summer housing, the program agreed to the statement listed below.

If a staff member/participant must leave the program early for some reason, the program is responsible for the charges (housing and meals) applied to that individual until they contact Residence Life and request to have participant removed.
