RESIDENCE HALL APPLICANTS:  Indicate the areas in which you would be comfortable assisting high school students.  Remember that, for these academic subjects, the tutoring would be in high school level coursework.

Tutoring and/or Teaching Areas

INTEREST GROUPS are elective classes students select to particpate in that offer the opportunity for exploration of interests and hobbies in an interactive environment.  Interest groups meet twice per week during summer session.

Residence Hall staff are required to lead interest groups, other staff may elect to lead an interest group if schedules and interest align (but it is optional).

List the name of two full-time professionals who are willing to submit a recommendation on your behalf.  Upon submission of this application, your recommenders will be sent a link to complete a reference form on your behalf.  Therefore, it is very important that you provide an accurate email address and let your recommenders know to expect the link via email.

Waiver of Access to View Letters of Recommendation

The Family Educational and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) allows applicants the option to retain access to forms and letters of recommendation submitted on their behalf.  Do you wish to waive your right to access this information in the future?*

  • a completed application form
  • two reference forms
  • unoffiicial college transcripts and
  • a resume
