FAD Lamination Cash Payment Form

Any laminating jobs submitted on a Friday with a Monday due date, OR with a 24 hour turn-around are considered RUSH jobs and will be billed a double rate.

Laminating costs:

Roll Lamination (43 inches width): $1.20 per ft./$.10 per linear inch

Digital Film Pouch - 13.5" x 19.5": $1.75 per pouch

1/4" Pouch Board - 18.5" x 25": $11.00 per pouch board

1/4" Pouch Board - 25" x 37": $16.50 per pouch board

RUSH JOBS @ double cost

Payment Information

Payments for the exact amount is required. Payments for printing can be made at the Cashiers window in McClain Hall. Please specify the OP Output Center Revenue Account OR online payments can be made at secure.truman.edu/art-s - choose OP Print Center: Large Format Inkjet Printing, 3D Printing and Lamination to add you payment amount. Automatic reciepts are emailed to the Print Monitors in OP Output when online payments are made. Present printing reciept to OP1109 Art Department office to pick up completed print job.
